MINIMUM DISCOUNT VALUE $199 AT TIME OF PURCHASE OF ROADSTER

I hereby agree to purchase a Roadster Reservation Certificate with the understanding that it does not obligate me to purchase an American Roadster™. I fully understand that the price I pay for this certificate is not refundable and is not a down payment on the purchase of an American Roadster and has no cash redemption value. I also understand that this certificate entitles me to a discount of 1% ($199) off the $19,900 retail price of an American Roadster. I also understand that I have the following benefits:

1. Certificate will be delivered to me within two weeks of signing this purchase agreement.
2. The Certificate is not a down payment on an American Roadster™ but entitles me to a 1% discount on the retail price of an American Roadster™ (a current value of $199 at the $19,900 sticker price today.
3. The Certificate is freely assignable by me and the terms of the Certificate will be honored in favor of anyone to whom I may sell or assign this Certificate.
4. The Roadster Reservation Certificate is serially numbered and carries the portion of a VIN that contains the approximate production number that will be assigned to a vehicle offered to me. If you do not wish to purchase when your production number comes up, just let us know and we will move you 45 days back and notify you again at that time.

Price Lock In: The price of your Roadster is locked in to the Retail Price of the Roadster on the Date this application is signed and accepted by the Authorized Sales Representative set forth below.

The “Roadster Reservation Certificate” is printed on security paper and can’t be copied. It is also transferable so that you (the holder) will be able to sell it to someone else if you desire. We do require that the Certificate be presented to us at the time of purchase in order to take advantage of your discount. However, the Certificate will be returned to its owner to keep as a collectible.

When the time comes for you to make a decision to buy an American Roadster™, you will work with a Dealer in order to complete your purchase. If you have not selected a Dealer by that time, you will be able to come to our site to see a listing of Dealers by state, city, and zip code. If you do not select A Dealer, one will be assigned to help you personally with your order. As the delivery time draws near, a Dealer or Sales Representative will contact you to ask if you want to complete the purchase paperwork and to arrange for financing.

Reservation Price: $100. Reservation price is nonrefundable and is not a deposit and has no cash value. It is a 1% discount certificate that can be used at the time of purchase of and American Roadster™. Example: price $19,900 minus the coupon value $199 = $ 19,701 purchase price. Discount is not in addition to any other discount to which Purchaser may be entitled. Discount applies on Roadster price in effect when Reservation purchase.
